A ginger-citrus drink for a pitcher

By hilling · · 1 minute

For six small ginger-citrus drinks, combine six ounces of a still ginger-citrus base with twenty-four ounces of cold water. Stir, taste a sample, and adjust before pouring into glasses.

Keep ice in the glasses rather than the pitcher if you want the concentration to stay more consistent while serving. For a sparkling version, replace the water with sparkling water and add it just before serving, slowly enough to control the foam.

Label the pitcher with the actual ingredients in your base. Guests should not have to guess what a golden drink contains. Set extra water beside it for anyone who prefers a lighter glass. This formula is a serving idea, not a way to extend the storage life of the original juice.
