Can you put ginger juice over ice?
By hilling · · 1 minute
You can serve ginger juice over ice if you enjoy a colder, gradually lighter drink. As the ice melts, the concentration changes, so decide whether that is part of the experience you want.
For a measured recipe test, start without ice and adjust the flavor first. Then add ice to a second sample. This lets you separate the effect of dilution from the effect of a different temperature.
Use clean ice made from potable water and a glass with enough room to stir. A small amount of concentrated drink can disappear among a large pile of cubes, so pour carefully and taste before adding more. If you prefer a steady flavor from first sip to last, chill the glass and ingredients instead.
