A morning routine with fewer steps

By hilling · · 1 minute

A useful morning routine should fit the time you actually have. If a ginger drink adds another task you resent, make the setup simpler rather than trying to become a different person before breakfast.

Keep the bottle label visible in the fridge, choose a glass you already use, and decide whether you want it plain or diluted. You do not need a special tray, a timed sequence, or a photograph of the process.

Treat the drink as one choice within breakfast, not a substitute for everything else you need. Some mornings you may want it; others you may not. The hilling idea of a little more ease works better when it leaves room for an ordinary day, including the days that do not look like a routine at all.
