Does stronger ginger mean a better drink?

By hilling · · 1 minute

A stronger ginger taste does not automatically make a better drink. It makes a stronger-tasting drink. Balance, texture, citrus, and your own preferences still count.

Imagine two glasses: one is sharply concentrated; the other gives you orange first and ginger afterward. If you reach for the second glass again, that is useful information. You do not need to talk yourself into the first one because it feels more intense.

When comparing bottles, keep the serving size and temperature similar. Take small sips and give yourself a pause between them. Write down which one you would actually choose tomorrow. That answer is more practical than a dramatic reaction to the hottest sip. For a simple scoring method, use our three-question taste test.
