Waitlist, preorder, and order: know the difference
By hilling · · 1 minute
A waitlist records interest. A preorder usually involves a purchase for later fulfillment. An order is a purchase under the seller's stated terms. Do not rely on the excitement of a launch page to tell you which action you are taking.
Read the button, price, timing, and confirmation. If money is involved, check delivery information and cancellation terms before submitting. If you only entered an email, look for a message that describes what was saved.
The hilling waitlist stores your email and flavor preference. That is not a paid order or a guarantee that every concept flavor will launch. You can choose a flavor and join its list without treating the choice as a commitment to buy a future case.
